Job Description

As a Hotel Receptionist at Venmac Resources Limited, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in ensuring their stay is pleasant and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reservation Management: Make and confirm reservations, ensuring proper room allocation.
• Guest Registration: Register and check guests in, verifying relevant information and confirming payment methods.
• Check-Out Procedures: Close guest accounts, review charges, and process accurate payments.
• Room Key Issuance: Issue room keys and maintain clear, accurate records of bookings.

• Billing and Charges: Compute guest billings and accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.
• Communication: Receive and transmit messages, listen and respond to guest queries and requests in-person and by phone.
• Housekeeping Coordination: Inform housekeeping when rooms are vacated and ready for cleaning.
• Visitor Monitoring: Monitor visitors to the hotel and enforce hotel policies.
• Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the front desk and reception area neat and orderly.
