Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Design Evaluations: Perform comprehensive design evaluations to ensure project completion within budget and time constraints.
• Policy Compliance: Review industry policies and procedures to guarantee data accuracy, security, and regulatory adherence.
• Technical Support: Provide critical technical support throughout the engineering process.
• Report Analysis: Analyze production, malfunction, and maintenance reports to address and resolve issues.
• Project Management: Support the Project Manager and, if needed, step into the role to ensure continuity.

Primary Tasks

• Tender Development: Engage in developing Invitations to Tender (ITT), evaluating bids, and selecting contractors.
• Equipment Sourcing: Identify and source long-lead equipment, ensuring FEED contractor support until equipment assignment.
• Project Deliverables: Oversee the development of EMCAPS Gate 3 deliverables and the Functional Interaction Plan.
• Issue Resolution: Coordinate the project issue resolution process and manage change requests and authorizations.
• Work Scope Completion: Ensure the assigned work scope aligns with the Project Objectives.
• Design and Construction Consistency: Verify that design and construction adhere to project specifications and standards.
• Team Coordination: Act as the liaison between the Project Team and contractors, ensuring smooth transitions between project stages.
• Leadership: Lead the Project Management Team in applying effective Project Management Systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: A BS degree in an engineering field.
• Extensive Experience: Over 15 years in engineering, construction, project management, and control activities.
• Multidisciplinary Skills: Experience across various functions and projects, showcasing a diverse skill set.
• Knowledge of Standards: Broad understanding of design standards, specifications, and work processes.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent priority changes.
• Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the MS Office suite of software programs.
