Senior Auditor Position: Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Program Protocol and Operations Audit (40%)
The Senior Auditor at New Incentives plays a crucial role in reviewing current audit and investigation processes. Key tasks include:
- Developing an audit and investigation plan and protocol.
- Providing accurate assessments, thorough documentation, and insightful recommendations.
- Evaluating staff compliance with organizational policies and program implementation guidelines.
- Engaging with various stakeholders, including beneficiaries, to gather feedback and identify gaps.
- Conducting confidential on-ground investigations targeting specific employees or operational areas.
- Planning and overseeing auditing activities, including adherence to routine immunization procedures by clinic staff and proper cash management procedures by employees.
- Ensuring timely completion and reporting of all audits and investigations.
Fraud Identification and Investigation (30%)
Fraud prevention and detection are vital to New Incentives’ operations. The Senior Auditor will:

Managerial Responsibilities (10%)
